Find answers to the most commonly asked questions about the Full Life VIP Card

The Full Life VIP Card costs €24 and can be purchased until 31st December 2025.

Payment is made via credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

After completing the form and payment, you'll receive your digital Full Life VIP Card via email.

There is a 14-day cooling off period after receiving the digital Full Life VIP Card, pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Withdrawal must be communicated by sending notification to campingvillages@clubdelsole.com. In case of timely withdrawal, the Company will refund the full amount of €24.00 within 14 days of notification, using the same payment method used for purchase.

The Full Life VIP Card can be used for all bookings made in 2026, with stays to be completed by 30th September 2026.

To benefit from the advantages of the Full Life VIP Card, booking must be made exclusively by calling (+39) 0543 24108. You'll need to provide your Full Life VIP Card code to the operator who will handle your request.

The booking will comply with the sales conditions and cancellation policies applied for the chosen rate.

The 10% discount applies to bookings made in 2026 for stays by 30th September, 2026, with no restrictions on stay dates. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and is not retroactive.

The €48 credit must be used for purchases within the Resort, but only at facilities equipped with MySmartCash payment. The credit must be used entirely during the stay and is non-refundable.

The €48 credit is available exclusively at Resorts with MySmartCash. At other Resorts you can still enjoy all other benefits included with your Full Life VIP Card: 10% booking discount and accommodation upgrade (subject to availability).

The accommodation upgrade is subject to availability upon arrival at the Resort and cannot be guaranteed in advance. At check-in, reception staff will verify the actual possibility of assigning accommodation of a higher category than the one booked.

The benefits linked to the Full Life VIP Card cannot be combined with other offers and are not retroactive.

Currently the service is active at all Club del Sole Resorts except Marina Romea Easy Camping Village, Le Mimose Family Resort, Adriatico Cervia Easy Camping Village, Rivaverde Easy Camping Village, Due Laghi Levico Family Collection, Val di Fiemme Easy Camping Village, Caldonazzo Family Collection and Roseto degli Abruzzi Easy Camping Village.
